PUBLIC HEARING 7:00 P.M.:  Receive and hear all persons desiring to be heard on an amendment to Sugar Land Development Code, Chapter Two (Zoning) for Mixed Use Conservation District regulations; and rezoning approximately 35 acres described as bounded by acreage within Imperial Park, north by U. S. Highway 90A, east by Mill Street and Brooks Street, and south by Matlage Way and Brooks Street from Mixed Use Conservation District to Business Office (B-O) District.
