PUBLIC HEARING 7:00 P.M.:  Receive and hear all persons desiring to be heard on an amendment to Sugar Land Development Code, Chapter Two (Zoning) for Mixed Use Conservation District regulations; and rezoning approximately 35 acres described as bounded by acreage within Imperial Park, north by U. S. Highway 90A, east by Mill Street and Brooks Street, and south by Matlage Way and Brooks Street from Mixed Use Conservation District to Business Office (B-O) District. THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADJOURN INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION AT ANY TIME DURING THE COURSE OF THIS MEETING TO DISCUSS ANY OF THE MATTERS LISTED ABOVE, AS AUTHORIZED BY TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE, SECTION 551.071 (CONSULTATION WITH ATTORNEY).

HEARING ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE AND THE FACILITY IS EQUIPPED WITH A HEARING ASSISTANCE SYSTEM.   THE AGENDA AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION IS LOCATED ON THE CITY WEB SITE (www.sugarlandtx.gov) UNDER MEETING AGENDAS.
