ETHICS REVIEW PANEL MEETING |

PURPOSE: |
As provided for in the City’s Rules of Ethical Conduct, the Review Panel will consider a written report from the City Attorney on David G. Wallace request for a name clearing hearing and render a decision on whether the request should be dismissed or the Review Panel should conduct further proceedings. |

CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION: |

The Review Panel may hold a Closed Executive Session as authorized by Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, in accordance with Texas Government Code Section 551.071 Legal Advice, (Consultation with the City Attorney to receive advice.) |
