THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADJOURN INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION AT ANY TIME DURING THE COURSE OF THIS MEETING TO DISCUSS ANY OF THE MATTERS LISTED ABOVE, AS AUTHORIZED BY TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE, SECTION 551.071 (CONSULTATION WITH ATTORNEY).

THE COUNCIL CHAMBER IS WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE AND SPECIAL SEATING IS PROVIDED.  HEARING ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE AND THE FACILITY IS EQUIPPED WITH A HEARING ASSISTANCE SYSTEM.   THE AGENDA AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION IS LOCATED ON THE CITY WEB SITE (www.sugarlandtx.gov) UNDER MEETING AGENDAS.
