For the purpose of deliberation regarding the offer of incentives to business prospects that the City Council seeks to have locate in the City and with which the City is conducting economic development negotiations.

Real Property: Section 551.072, Texas Government Code (Discuss acquisition of land).

b.

For the purpose of discussion with respect to acquisition of approximately 5 acres of land for economic development objectives including office and hotel.
