Council Member Michael S. Schiff
Council Member Schiff was appointed in June 2002, elected in May 2003 and re-elected in 2005, 2007 and 2009. He represents the Single Member District Four.
The Council Member and his late wife, Jan, became residents of Sugar Land in 1981. Council Member Schiff has two adult children.
