Council Member Dennis C. Parmer
In May 2003, Dennis C. Parmer was elected to a two-year term as Single Member District One. He was re-elected in 2005 for another two-year term. In May 2007 he was elected as Mayor Pro Tem for a one year term.
For 24 years, Council Member Parmer and wife, Becky, have made Sugar Mill their home. The Parmers have two children - a son and daughter and are members of Sugar Land First United Methodist Church.
