Council Member Thomas Abraham
Councilman Abraham was elected to office on June 19th, 2004. He serves on the City Council as At-Large, Position One Council Member.
Since 1989, he and his wife of 25 years, Sarah, have made the City of Sugar Land their home. Council Member Abraham has two children - Bryan Thomas and Lauren Alexis and is a member of Emmanuel Pentacostal Church. He is also a Certified Family Counselor.
