Parks and Recreation Policy Advisory Board

Establishment:		The Parks and Recreation Policy Advisory Board established by Ordinance No. 1246, June 2000.

Purpose:		The board’s duties are to make recommendations on the City’s master park plans and the long-term goals and objectives for parks and recreation activities and on other matters relating to parks and recreation activities, as requested by the City Council or referred to the board by the city manager.

Membership:		Seven residents of the City appointed to serve one-year term not to exceed four consecutive terms.
