To make recommendations to the City Council regarding the administration, management and operation of the Zone (Imperial Sugar Redevelopment - Tract 3 Development Project) | |
Duties & Responsibilities: |
The Board of Directors shall exercise only those powers as shall be specifically granted by this or any subsequent ordinance of the City Council. The City Council may rescind any previously granted power by ordinance. | |

TIRZ Three is comprised of five board members who are appointed by position with each serving a two-year term. | |
