Do I have to pay for the new carts?

No, each household will receive one garbage and one recycle cart at no charge. You can request additional carts by contacting 3-1-1 or 281-275-2900 or email 311@sugarlandtx.gov. A one-time cart delivery fee will apply.

There is an additional monthly service fee for each extra garbage cart; however, there is no additional monthly service fee for extra recycling carts.
