Provide Input on Online Town Hall for Public Art Plan

Sugar Land, TX - Residents are encouraged to provide comments on Sugar Land’s Public Art Plan through an Online Town Hall available at www.sugarlandtx.gov/onlinetownhall through mid October.

The Public Art Plan is intended to improve the quality of life in Sugar Land by defining a set of guidelines that beautify the city, strengthen community gathering places and build the City’s reputation as an arts and culture destination.

The current plan is a result of a survey that encouraged people to share their thoughts about Sugar Land and public art. The survey received a total of 615 responses and was available online from October 2015 through January 2016. A draft of the plan is available for review at http://www.sugarlandtx.gov/index.aspx?NID=1430 -- additional feedback is important prior to finalization of the plan.
