Credit Card Thiefs Caught on Video

Sugar Land, TX - Sugar Land police are looking for two people seen on surveillance video using stolen credit cards to purchase more than $4,000 in merchandise.

A woman told police her wallet was stolen while shopping at Whole Foods, 15900 Southwest Freeway, on May 22 sometime between 2 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Two of her cards were used at Best Buy, 16980 Southwest Freeway, later that day. Surveillance footage at Best Buy shows a man and a woman enter the store separately and use the stolen cards to purchase a camera and a gift card before leaving in a white Dodge Caravan.

The suspects were white or Hispanic. The man was in his early to mid 30s and had black hair and a beard. He was wearing an olive drab baseball cap, a white or gray short-sleeve polo shirt and khaki pants.

The woman had a small build with black shoulder-length hair that was pulled back. She was carrying a large black purse and wearing a white long-sleeve pullover shirt, pants and white tennis shoes.
