CALL TO ORDER
Citizens who desire to address the Planning and Zoning Commission with regard to matters on the agenda will be received at this time. The number of speakers will be limited to the first ten (10) speakers and each speaker is limited to three (3) minutes.
Comments or discussion by Commissioners will only be made at the time the subject is scheduled for consideration on the Commission agenda.

THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADJOURN INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION AT ANY TIME DURING THE COURSE OF THIS MEETING TO DISCUSS ANY OF THE MATTERS LISTED ABOVE, AS AUTHORIZED BY TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE, SECTION 551.071 (CONSULTATION WITH ATTORNEY).
IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND THIS PUBLIC MEETING AND YOU HAVE A DISABILITY THAT REQUIRES SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS AT THE MEETING, PLEASE CONTACT THE CITY SECRETARY, (281) 275-2730. REQUESTS FOR SPECIAL SERVICES MUST BE RECEIVED FORTY-EIGHT (48) HOURS PRIOR TO THE MEETING TIME. REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS WILL BE MADE TO ASSIST YOUR NEEDS. CITY HALL IS WHEEL CHAIR ACCESSIBLE AND A SLOPED CURB ENTRY IS AVAILABLE AT THE MAIN ENTRANCE, WITH SPECIALLY MARKED PARKING SPACES NEARBY. THE COUNCIL CHAMBER IS WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE AND SPECIAL SEATING IS PROVIDED. THE FACILITY IS EQUIPPED WITH A HEARING ASSISTANCE SYSTEM AND A HEARING ASSISTANCE DEVICE IS AVAILABLE.
