Cultural Arts Program


A vibrant cultural arts program for Sugar Land will elevate community pride, add distinction to our community, and inspire every generation. Years of input from residents in addition to planning and public investments have produced an active art sector whose results can be seen throughout our city. The cultural arts program aims to continue to build on previous achievements to ensure cultural arts remain a common thread throughout Sugar Land.

TRAFFIC BOX PUBLIC ART PROJECT INSTALLATION
Happening Now!
Traffic box wraps are being installed in Sugar Land as part of the Public Art Program. Installation has begun to wrap thirteen traffic signal control cabinets with artist-designed wraps.  The traffic boxes are located on along U.S. Highway 90A between U.S. Highway 59 and State Highway 6.
